Hi, I’m YungChen — a UI/UX designer who enjoys turning complex things into experiences that are easier to understand.

I’m especially interested in how design can help people learn new things, build confidence, and navigate life with greater ease.

My experience includes SaaS products, service design, and marketing website design, while continuing to explore the relationship between digital and physical experiences.

Outside of design, I enjoy slow walks🚶🏻‍♀️, knitting🧶, and reading about history and food culture📚, often finding inspiration in everyday moments.

✦ Collaborated on UX/UI design for a SaaS reservation management platform across customer-facing and admin interfaces for web and mobile.

✦ Created wireframes, UI designs, and product documentation to support feature implementation and internal communication.

✦ Designed marketing websites and CMS templates integrated with booking features to support product promotion and onboarding.

✦ Assisted with client proposal projects by creating app and web prototypes to communicate product concepts and user experiences.
