As Co-Founder of Fun10 Sport Entertainment Agency, I lead the agency’s business development, productization, strategic planning, and commercial and operational management. I work on transforming sport and entertainment concepts into structured, marketable experiences for clubs, brands, sponsors, and fans. My role covers partnership development, contract and project management, team coordination, event operations, and the end-to-end delivery of projects, with a focus on creating sustainable business models and measurable value for all stakeholders.

As Co-Founder of Metanu Creative, I am responsible for business development, client relations, contract and commercial processes, as well as team and operations management. My role includes developing new business opportunities, analysing client needs, managing proposals and budgets, coordinating teams, and ensuring that projects progress within the agreed scope. I focus on building partnerships that support the company’s sustainable growth and providing the commercial and operational structure required for creative teams to deliver effectively.

As Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager at NTC Medya, I managed HR and administrative operations for both production teams and office employees. My responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and training, payroll and employee benefits, labour law compliance, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination. I also supported communication between management and employees, developed HR practices aligned with organisational needs, and ensured the smooth operation of teams working across multiple productions.

As a Human Resources Specialist at BTA Food & Services, I managed end-to-end personnel and payroll operations in compliance with labour law and related regulations. My responsibilities included employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll preparation, benefits, overtime and deduction processes, statutory notifications, leave management, employee incentives, private health insurance transactions, recruitment support, and personnel reporting. I also played an active role in managing HR-related processes with public authorities and institutions, ensuring that statutory procedures, official notifications, and required documentation were completed accurately and on time.

As Administrative Affairs and Human Resources Manager at İlkhaber Gazetesi, a regional newspaper published in the Eastern Black Sea region, I managed the organisation’s administrative and human resources operations. My responsibilities included workforce planning, recruitment, payroll and personnel processes, procurement and budget management, occupational health and safety compliance, company vehicle operations, and relations with suppliers and public authorities. I also coordinated the support services required for the newspaper’s printing and distribution activities, ensuring operational continuity, legal compliance, and efficient use of resources.
