Leading design for ixigo trains/ConfirmTkt across core booking, Alternate Travel Plan, SDK funnel, Running Status, metro discovery, and AI-led features supporting 150K+ daily bookings. Mentor designers, run design sprints with product and engineering, and build AI-first workflows for research, UX writing, prototyping, QA, and handoff automation.
Conceptualised, brainstormed and designed the BabyGogo parenting app from scratch, taking the product from early idea to a shipped consumer experience. Led UI/UX until the app reached about 250K downloads; the company was later acquired by Sheroes. Built core app flows, information architecture, visual design and product iterations for a young-parent audience.
Worked on UI for products incubated at the company and learned the fundamentals of UX, visual design and product execution. Designed web and mobile interfaces while gaining exposure to Shopify and WordPress.
Designed AI Seat Finder, an AI-led train discovery experience that uses real-time availability and conversational prompts to help waitlisted users find confirmed alternate trains, routes and boarding options, improving new-user conversion by ~10%.
Designed a contextual cross-sell UX pattern for Running Status, converting a high-traffic non-transactional surface into a monetisation channel, increasing metro bookings by 20% and food orders by 8%.
Designed train booking and running status on ChatGPT for ConfirmTkt, helping users search trains, check availability, find alternates, and track live train status through an AI-native conversational experience.
Created uxlevel.online, an AI and RAG-based upskilling and assessment tool for designers, combining structured scoring, personalised learning paths, curated resources and AI-generated guidance. Designed the product strategy, UX architecture, scoring model, result-page experience, gated content strategy and premium positioning.
