### Product Designer at GMS
*Oct 2024 – Aug 2026*

Led end-to-end design of a new CPaaS platform for mid-market and enterprise messaging: dashboards, campaigns, contact databases, templates, two-way chat, analytics across SMS, WhatsApp, and Viber. 

Ran discovery with stakeholders, audited the legacy UI, defined information architecture and core flows, designed all screens and states, prototyped, handed off, and oversaw implementation. Built a design system from scratch as a foundation for other products in the GMS ecosystem.

As a sole designer, introduced a design process in an engineering-led company — how to brief, review, and put design into product decisions.

### UI/UX Designer at GMS
*Dec 2021 – Oct 2024*

Redesigned the internal platform used by technical engineers. Implemented a page-by-page UX audit, error mapping, and interface constraints that prevent invalid input. Users reported the product became far easier to use, onboarding time dropped significantly, and many error types became impossible.

Designed SSO Platform for the GMS product ecosystem — one entry point to every service per user.
