Worked on the Customer Lifecycle team responsible primarily for My Client Center (MCC), a Java-based backend system managing customer relationships and hierarchy information. ManagerCustomerExpanded (MCE) — Asynchronous Architecture & Scalability * Designed and owned the complete re-architecture of the ManagerCustomerExpanded (MCE) update pipeline, from technical design through implementation, testing, staged rollout, production validation, and launch. Authored the design document personally, defining the architecture and implementation approach for moving MCE updates from synchronous/periodic processing toward an asynchronous, event-driven architecture.

Developed and deployed a self-service Bulk Legal Hold feature and high-scale auditing solutions for large agencies. Orchestrated the launch and end-to-end testing of the CustomerManager.ServiceId 64-bit migration.

Built and integrated microservices for an automotive sales platform, enabling the sale of over 20,000+ vans. Managed the full product lifecycle from story development to production support.
