### Staff Product Designer at Sonar Source
*May 2023 – Present*

Leading the design system for a product org of 300+ engineers and a UX team of +20 designers and researchers. Currently evolving the design system into the context layer for AI-assisted prototyping across the team. Drove WCAG 2.1 AA compliance with recurring VPATs, cutting accessibility remediation efforts by 40% over two years. 

### Senior Product Designer (3-month contract) at Nagarro
*Feb 2023 – May 2023*

Embedded with Schneider Electric to tackle a fragmented mobile landscape — 10+ apps each running on isolated UI kits. Consolidated a unified design system strategy and laid the foundational architecture for a shared component library across their app portfolio.

### Senior Product Designer at Feedzai
*Mar 2022 – Feb 2023*

Owned the full lifecycle of a design system serving 7 products — from building and maintaining the Figma UI kit to defining governance models, contribution frameworks, and a product roadmap. Drove adoption end-to-end, ran product audits, and led documentation efforts in close collaboration with a frontend partner. Also coordinated identity and branding across the system.

Worked on the main Jumia Mall app — a platform generating $188.9M in revenue — focusing on customer-facing UX and interface quality. Also contributed to internal tooling, with an emphasis on information architecture and usability for operational workflows. Promoted to Lead during tenure, taking ownership of design direction and managing a designer.
