### Product Designer & Front-end Developer at Each Person
*Jan 2024 – Present*

At Each Person, I bridge the brand and development teams to bring user-focused designs to life on our Recognition and Rewards platform.

I work with the brand team to wireframe and refine product screens, and with the front-end development team to implement these designs using Angular.

Additionally, I oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our internal product ecosystem.

After leaving my previous role in 2023, I took some time off before embarking on my journey as an independent designer.

Now, I collaborate with startups and companies to build brands that communicate effectively and make a positive impact.

### Design Lead & Project Manager at Genese
*Jan 2019 – Jan 2023*

Led the design team across a range of web and product projects for national and international clients. I was responsible for UX/UI direction, design systems, and close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across client and company platforms.

Worked with clients including IAT, Each Person, Immersionn, Perio with Deepak, Get Active Sports, The Alt Prov Group, Visulytix, and Nunbury.

Later transitioned into a project management role, where I oversaw planning, coordination, and delivery of web application projects. This included leading the delivery of Web-Twin, a 3D virtual world project for Immersionn, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and objectives.

After nearly ten years with the company, I chose to step away and take a break before moving into independent work.

Extended my skill set to include both design and front-end development, enabling me to design visually appealing interfaces and implement them seamlessly on the web. I actively contributed to various projects, covering the entire design and development spectrum as a part of a SCRUM team.
